NexOps + Vigil: GoZupees Demonstrates Closed-Loop Autonomous Network Operations

LONDON — January 2026 — GoZupees (Silicon Biztech Limited) today unveiled a live demonstration of its closed-loop autonomous network operations capability, combining Vigil — the company’s AI-powered service assurance platform — with NexOps, its network automation engine. Together, the two systems detect, predict, and remediate network issues end-to-end with zero manual NOC intervention.

The demonstration marks a significant milestone in GoZupees’ mission to eliminate reactive, ticket-driven network operations and replace them with fully autonomous, AI-orchestrated workflows.

Six Scenarios, Zero Human Intervention

The live demonstration showcased six distinct operational scenarios, each resolved autonomously from detection through remediation:

  • Network Fault Resolution — Vigil identifies a fibre cut affecting a cluster of subscribers; NexOps automatically reroutes traffic, isolates the faulty segment, and dispatches a field work order — all within seconds of detection.
  • Predictive Degradation Handling — Vigil’s ML models detect early signs of signal degradation on a PON port; NexOps proactively migrates affected subscribers to a healthy port before any customer impact occurs.
  • New Service Provisioning — A new customer order triggers Vigil to validate network capacity and readiness; NexOps provisions the CPE, configures RADIUS, and activates the service — no manual provisioning queue required.
  • VNF Upgrade Orchestration — Vigil flags a virtual network function running a vulnerable firmware version; NexOps stages the upgrade during a maintenance window, validates post-upgrade health, and rolls back automatically if thresholds are breached.
  • Outage Communication — When Vigil confirms a regional outage, NexOps triggers automated customer notifications via SMS and email, updates the status page, and provides estimated restoration times based on historical patterns.
  • Ticket Management and Closure — Throughout each scenario, tickets are created, enriched with diagnostic data, escalated where necessary, and closed automatically once Vigil confirms service restoration — no analyst touch required.

From Monitoring Dashboards to Autonomous Action

Traditional NOC operations rely on engineers watching dashboards, triaging alarms, and manually executing runbooks. The NexOps + Vigil integration collapses this entire workflow into a single autonomous loop:

  1. Detect — Vigil ingests telemetry, logs, and performance data in real time
  2. Analyse — AI models correlate events, identify root cause, and predict downstream impact
  3. Decide — The orchestration layer selects the optimal remediation playbook
  4. Act — NexOps executes the playbook across network, BSS, and OSS systems
  5. Verify — Vigil confirms resolution and closes the loop

“This is the end state for network operations — not better dashboards, not faster ticket routing, but genuine autonomous remediation. Vigil sees what’s happening and what’s about to happen. NexOps acts on it. The NOC engineer’s role shifts from firefighter to strategist. That’s the transformation we’re delivering.”

Designed for Production, Not Proof-of-Concept

The demonstration was conducted against realistic network topologies and failure modes drawn from GoZupees’ work with Tier-1 UK telcos. Every scenario reflected conditions encountered in live production environments, reinforcing that this capability is deployment-ready — not a lab exercise.

GoZupees is now onboarding early-access partners for closed-loop autonomous operations deployments across FTTP, FTTC, and fixed wireless networks.
